UX Designer – Amadeus Creation Platform

Common Accountabilities

  • Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in user experience (UX Design and UX Research). Understands how user experience contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.
  • Influences decisions related to user experience, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.
  • Works independently within the plan dictated by the manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.
  • is proactive and able to give and receive feedback (we need you to challenge and share ideas)



Specific Accountabilities

  • User Experience and User Interface Strategy for the Amadeus Creation Platform:
    Work with cross-functional teams (developers, UX, PO, QA, Business Analyst, …) to translate business requirements and product vision into user flows, wireframes and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences, following visual guidelines and brand recommendations.
  • Conduct user research and testing activities (interviews, focus groups, web data analysis) to understand customer needs and improve UX. Develop user personas, customer journeys and interaction flows.
  • Work closely with development teams to make sure design implementation meets the expected experience.
  • Conduct benchmark analysis and research on developer websites and identify trends and best practices to provide recommendations.
  • Work closely with User Experience Researchers and other designers to make recommendations and propose improvements.
  • Design and facilitate workshops.


Visual Design

  • Follow the visual identity evolution for Amadeus Creation Platform to create unique and engaging designs that resonate with the innovation ecosystem. Develop and maintain style guides.
  • Design the program marketing and communication materials, such as email templates, banners, infographics, video storyboards, flyers, roll-ups, stationery, etc. Deliver original graphic content adapted to specific marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure a consistent look and feel across all program materials online and offline.
  • Ensure consistency as well with the Amadeus brand guidelines.
  • Provide graphic solutions (like illustrations or treated images) to support digital marketing and communication activities.
  • Design or adapt the program’s visual identity to be used in different types of merchandise, aiming at providing original goodies to the program users.


Ensure a good synergy within the teams

  • We are looking for a team player who interacts closely with a lot of different profiles in our team to co-design the solution and the experiments needed to improve the whole user experience of our product.
  • Communicate actionable findings.
  • Evangelize UX practices and help make UX a standard process.
  • Work in an Agile framework (SAFe) & methodologies.
  • Exchange and meet with UX specialists within our department (and beyond) to exchange on problems.
  • Participate in our UX community by sharing your experiences and getting help and support.




  • Fluent in English
  • Education & Qualifications: Master in usability, ergonomics, HCI or equivalent.
  • Problem-solving with creativity and good communication
  • Fluent in the use of Figma or similar prototyping applications
  • Enjoy working in a friendly, international, fast-paced team environment.
