What do you think will be the number one brand differentiator in 2020?
28.6% of respondents think that user experience is the number one brand differentiator in 2020, ahead of product innovation (21.3%) and brand authenticity (21.2%).
How do you plan to differentiate your brand in 2020?
More than half of the respondents choose to invest in UX by optimizing user experience (34.2%) and invest in branded content strategy (20.6%).
What is the best use of automation for marketing and branding purposes?
One-third of respondents think that automation helps to create content more efficiently while 27% of respondents think that automation will enable data-driven decision-making for creatives.
Which current trend or emerging technology do you think is the most over-hyped?
Marketers think that chatbots is the most over-hyped emerging technology (26.8%).
