Experience UX was founded on the belief that it’s unacceptable to create confusing website experiences that make people feel stupid or frustrated. Companies should be doing more to understand what their users need before designing digital products and services.
Prior to setting up the company in 2007, Ali and Damian felt that many websites would go live with little or no thought for users. It was always about the technology first, users later. They set out on a mission to change this. We now work closely with UX teams to help them implement positive changes based on evidence from our user experience research and our knowledge in the field. Fundamentally, we believe that first-class user experience doesn’t happen by accident. It’s not common sense; it’s a carefully researched, evaluated and executed architecture.
