User Researcher – Trust & Safety

We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable User Researcher (Quantitative) to join our fast-paced company. In this role, you will play an integral part in providing hands-on experience and proficiency in managing tracking surveys and quantitative research. You will conduct in-depth data analyses, develop and implement quantitative research methods, and track user sentiments to inform our business decisions.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead user research programs to identify market sentiments and insights from creators, TikTok users, moderators etc., which helps to set directions for future Trust and Safety strategies and targets.
  • Execute tracking surveys, ensuring quality, accuracy, and insightful data collection.
  • Transform complex research data into intuitive, visually compelling, and actionable insights that effectively communicate the story behind the data.
  • Analyze community ecosystems and external perceptions with global perspectives, collect and analyze industry/survey data, user data and proprietary data to test, support and improve decision-making in global safety operations.
  • Be the strategic partner of key leaders, support them on critical initiatives; maintain strong partnership with key business functions, facilitate efficient and effective cross-department and cross-country communication and collaboration.

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in conducting user research in high-growth organization with proven experience as a Quantitative Researcher or a similar role;
  • Experience using statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS, etc.) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.);
  • Experience with data visualization tools and principles, hands on experience at designing and implementing custom data visualizations;
  • Self-driven team player with a strong sense of ownership, good project management skills;
  • Ability to design and lead user research programs independently;
  • Ability to structure and prioritize issues to solve and manage with stakeholders;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; especially comfortable in presenting complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders;
  • Experience with crafting detailed written reports, summaries, and presentations.
