Our product team is seeking a Lead Product Designer to elevate our overall product and design system. You’ll collaborate with our designers and engineers in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Your mission: bring delightful user experiences to the healthcare world, no magic wand required (though it wouldn’t hurt).
Responsibilities
- Scope: Tackle projects of all sizes, from well-defined problems to more complex, conceptual challenges.
- Process: Dive deep into user needs through data and research. Lead the end-to-end design process, gathering insights from experts along the way. Partner with engineers to bring designs to life, and adapt your approach for various teams. Design at all fidelity levels, making smart trade-offs as needed.
- Craft: Create designs that are innovative, elegant, and practical. Balance business, data, and engineering requirements to deliver experiences that truly resonate with customers.
- Efficiency: Juggle priorities and manage time like a pro. Work autonomously and adapt to challenges with ease – consider yourself a design acrobat.
- Communication: Present your work and rationale clearly and persuasively. Keep your team in the loop, lead engaging design sessions, and play well with other designers. Build genuine relationships that make collaboration a breeze.
