UX Researcher

We’re seeking a UX Researcher to work across HeliosX brands. We don’t expect you to be an expert practitioner yet, but you should have foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in conducting UX research using different methods, translating findings into actionable insights and be eager to grow your skills and craft as a UXR.

Your role will involve delivering both tactical and strategic research that informs decisions throughout the product lifecycle. You will work closely with the Head of UX Research, product designers and product managers to identify research needs, plan and conduct end-to-end research, collaborate with XFNs to create engaging experiences and use insights to shape our product strategy. Your solutions will support brands that help thousands of people every day.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of UX Research, product managers, product designers and other cross-functional partners to identify tactical and strategic research needs.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end primary research, with support from your manager, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Generate actionable research insights, with input from your manager, and communicate the findings to product teams, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
  • Contribute to UX research roadmapping by ensuring that planned research meets the needs of the business.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in a UX research role.
  • An example of your research work in practice.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team (product managers, product designers, developers, etc.).
  • Experience translating research findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative research methodologies, including their strengths and limitations, such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, diary studies, and concept or usability testing.
  • Some knowledge of survey design and experience applying statistical analysis methods such as T-
  • Tests and Chi-Square tests.
  • German-speaking skills are a plus, but not essential.
