Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand research needs and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
- Lead end-to-end UX research activities, including defining research needs, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, communication and follow-up
- Adopt and adapt user research methods according to research questions
- Examine large-scale data (e.g., surveys, logs) to discover insights, generate hypotheses, and identify opportunities for better experiences
- Own programs that improve the research practice such as roadmaps, panels, templates and protocols for studies
- Work with other researchers within the business to improve research quality, and other aspects of the craft
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Research, or other related fields
- 5+ years of relevant experience within user experience, applied research setting and/or product research and development
- Demonstrated ability to design and conduct original research addressing complex business needs, as well as effectively communicating findings to stakeholders
- Experience conducting in-depth interviews and usability testing
- Strong experience with research participant recruitment and management practices, as well as creating surveys and working with survey software
- Experience applying statistical analysis methods such as Regressions, PCA, and T-Tests
- Excellent communication skills in English are a must
