We are looking for an experienced User experience and interface designer to design our Corporate Banking API marketplace site. The site has been launched last year in 2024 https://openbanking.sc.com/.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is skilled at utilizing a unified design system to craft interfaces that meetings the user needs be it clients or internal users in the bank. This role is perfect for someone passionate about blending design. Business and technology to create impactful user experiences in the corporate banking space.
Note: This is a 6 Months Direct Contract role.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user-centric interfaces for the API marketplace and its administrative site.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business and technology teams to align on designs with product goals.
- Partner insights team to conduct user research, usability testing and iterate based on user’s feedback.
- Ensure designs adhere to branding, unified design system and accessibility guidelines.
- Communicate design concepts effectively with cross-functional teams and management team.
- Conduct user research and usability testing
Qualification
- Proven experience designing complex B2B or fintech platforms, ideally in corporate banking.
- Strong understanding of APIs, their functionalities, and relevance in digital ecosystems.
- Familiarity with corporate banking workflows, customer personas and technical constraints.
- Proficiency in design tool Figma and knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Exceptional problem solving, collaboration and communication skills.
Bonus
- Background in fintech, enterprise solutions, or API-driven platforms.
- Basic technical knowledge of API structures and integration processes.
