HATCH Conference 2026 (Online / Berlin, Germany)
HATCH Conference 2026, the premier invite-only event for UX and design leaders in Europe, returns to Berlin for a three-day event from September 16 – 18, 2026.
This year’s conference will explore themes spanning technical design, strategy, business, craft, AI, and more. It brings together design leaders from across Europe to examine the future of design through talks, hands-on workshops, and real-world case studies from leading product teams.
For those unable to attend in person, a livestream will be available on September 18, with no invitation required for virtual participation.

Invitation Criteria
To be eligible for this event, participants need to:
- Possess a verifiable senior (or above) design role ,or
- Possess over 5 years of verifiable experience in the design field
