EPIC2025 (Helsinki, Finland)

EPIC2025, the 21st edition of the leading international ethnography conference, will take place from September 16 – 19, 2025 at Dipoli, Aalto University. This year’s conference centers on the theme of intelligence, exploring its role in gaining new insights, enhancing work practices, improving decision-making, and advancing R&D.

The four-day EPIC conference features a dynamic lineup of activities, including keynote speeches, paper presentations, case study discussions, salon (small group discussions), and networking events.

• Discounted fee is applicable if the ticket will not be paid or reimbursed, in whole or in part, by a participant’s organization.
• Student rates are offered to individuals who are enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program at an accredited institution with an annual income below USD 50,000. Proof of student status is required.
